Mocha Mud Pie I
Crust:
 1 cup Oreo cookies, crushed

Tbsp. butter, melted
1
egg white, lightly beaten
Stir
together crushed cookies & butter; press into 9” pie plate. Brush with egg
white. Bake 5 minutes. Cool.
Filling:
1 ¼ cups pecans, chopped                                                
           ¼ cup
sugar                                    1
pint chocolate ice cream, softened
        
1 pint coffee ice cream, softened            10
crushed Oreos

Place pecans on cookie sheet, sprinkle with sugar, then bake 350 for 6-8 min.
Cool. 
2. Stir together ice creams, 1 cup cookie
chunks, & 1 cup pecans; spoon into crust. Freeze 10 min. Press remaining
crumbs & pecans on top. Cover & freeze 8 hrs.
