Pecan Pie
Bars
2 cups flour
½ cup confectioners’ sugar
1 cup cold butter
1-14
oz. Eagle Brand Condensed Milk
1-6oz.
pkg. Hershey's Heath Brickle Bits

cup chopped pecans
1
tsp. vanilla
In
medium bowl, combine flour & sugar; cut in butter until crumbly. Press into
13x9 pan. Bake in preheated 350 oven for 15 minutes. In same bowl (no need to wash) combine Eagle
Brand, egg & vanilla. Stir in brickle bits & pecans. Spread evenly over
crust. Bake 25 min. until golden. Cool completely. Cut into bars. Store in
refrigerator or freeze for later.
